David is a graduate of Louisiana State University (B.A., 2001) and the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University (J.D./B.C.L., 2004), where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review. After graduation, he clerked for the Honorable R. Michael Caldwell in the 19th Judicial District Court before joining the Donohue-Patrick law firm in 2005. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals - Fifth Circuit.

David has successfully represented clients in complex litigation involving personal injury, insurance coverage, commercial disputes, construction defect litigation, eminent domain, labor disputes, governmental and regulatory compliance.
